Courier Information: We are proud to use New Zealand Couriers Track and Trace service. We ensure each parcel is well sealed and wrapped so that the item remains in perfect condition upon delivery. We are more than happy to provide a tracking number if requested, so you know the exact location of your parcel.
Can The Order Be Picked Up? You are most welcome to view our full range of travel products & accessories at our retail store in Albany! We recommend that you contact us prior to pick up so we can ensure that we have your product available.
How Long Will Delivery Take: For all orders where payment is received overnight, we aim to have your parcel couried the next working day. North Island orders usually take 1-2 working days, and South Island orders 2-3 working days. Rural deliveries may take a day longer than the above guidelines.
Can Courier Charges Be Combined? Yes! We will be more than happy to combine courier if requested. However, large or heavy items may incur an extra charge.
Do You Deliver To P.O. Box addresses? We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, please provide a physical address for both standard and rural orders.
