Shipping Terms
Orders will be shipped once payment is received.
Nationwide Standard Courier to Physical Address in NZ $6.
Rural delivery within NZ $10.
Australia Physical Address $10.
Free courier for orders over $100 NZ wide (free up to a maximum order size to fit a A3 express mail pack).
NB: Large or heavy items may incur extra charge.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, any defective or unused items may be sent back and will be refunded in full.
We will only accept return of goods within 14 days from date of dispatch, proof of purchase must be supplied.
Goods should be returned to Travel Clinic, Apollo Centre, 119 Apollo Drive, Albany, North Shore City, Auckland 0630.
All items for return must be in their original packaging.
The customer will cover all costs of returning goods, unless the item(s) where delivered in error or are faulty.
Payment Methods
Currency : All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services tax.
Credit Card : We are fully committed to the security of your details using the Paymate secure site.
