This kit is the Gastro Kit + contains extra medication to cover you for most of the reasons why you will need to see a doctor abroad. Extras are: anti-histamines, extra antibiotics, sleeping tablets. You can optimise this kit to a HEAD to TOE kit by including medication for giardia and constipation.

The kit has a 'gastro flow chart' to guide you in the event of illness and a 'customs' declaration form.
